1. Nature of Service
All payments made are for service-based processing, including but not limited to:
- Domestic worker application
- Documentation preparation and submission
- Coordination with authorities, embassies, and overseas agents
- Coordination on the arrival of domestic worker
2. Definition of Processing Commencement
Processing shall be deemed to have commenced upon the earliest occurrence of any of the following:
- Receipt of any required documents from the Customer;
- Preparation or submission of any application to any authority;
- Sourcing, reservation, or sharing of domestic worker biodata;
- Any communication or arrangement made with overseas agents or third parties;
- Any internal administrative work initiated by the Company.
The Company reserves the sole discretion to determine whether processing has commenced.
3. Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges shall apply based on the stage of application:
a) Before Processing Commences A cancellation fee of RM1,500.00 shall be charged.
b) After Processing Commences A cancellation fee of RM3,000.00 shall be charged.
c) Rejection by Authorities Rejection by the relevant authorities for any reason whatsoever, a cancellation fee of RM3,000.00 shall apply.
d) After Approval A cancellation fee of RM8,000.00 shall be charged.
e) Transfer Option (After Approval) If the Customer agrees to allow the domestic worker to enter Malaysia and be transferred to another employer, a reduced cancellation fee of RM4,000.00 shall apply. This is subject to:
- Completion of entry process
- Successful transfer arrangement
- Compliance with Immigration requirements
4. Refund Calculation
- Any amount paid exceeding the applicable cancellation fee shall be refunded
- Any outstanding balance shall remain payable by the Customer
5. Administrative Charges
All approved refunds shall be subject to a 5% administrative fee, which shall be calculated based on the total amount paid by the Customer, regardless of the refundable amount. The administrative fee shall be deducted from the refundable amount prior to the processing of any refund.
6. SST (Sales and Service Tax)
All fees, charges, and administrative costs stated herein are subject to applicable SST imposed by the Malaysian government, if any.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–14 working days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method
8. Cancellation Process
All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing to the Company via any official communication channel designated by the Company.

9. No Guarantee Clause
Customer acknowledges that:
- All applications are subject to government approval
- No guarantee is given on approval, timeline, or worker arrival
10. Chargeback & Dispute
Customer agrees not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without valid reason. Any unauthorized chargeback shall be considered a breach of agreement, and the Company reserves the right to take further action.
11. Important Notes
- No refund shall be granted once processing has commenced, except as stated above.
- All decisions shall be subject to the Company’s management approval and shall be final.
- The Company reserves the right to determine the applicable stage of cancellation based on the status of the application.
- These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any general platform policy.
